This page describes the approved disclosures for the StripeSwitch brand. Legal operating entity and data controller: Awaiting confirmation. The public service contact is the website contact form. Unresolved disclosures remain pending confirmation before full public release.
Risk estimate and form information
The risk-check estimate is calculated in your browser from the answers you enter. It is heuristic, unsaved as an assessment, and does not require an account, AI service, lead database, or CRM. If you choose to submit the email form, the details you provide and relevant estimate data are sent as an email request.
When a visit includes supported intake links, selected prefill values may be held in session storage for up to 30 minutes so the calculator can populate its form. This is a temporary form handoff, not a saved assessment.
Lead notifications are delivered through the existing Gmail integration to a fixed, site-controlled recipient. This site does not use Attio, Supabase, or a replacement lead database for submissions. Submission success means the email service accepted the notification or acceptance was confirmed through reconciliation. It does not guarantee inbox delivery, processing approval, or savings.
Temporary retry references, one-way fingerprints, and attempted-send markers last only for the browser session. They reuse the same reference for unchanged retries and check uncertain acceptance rather than blindly resending. Form contents are not stored there as an assessment. Storage denial or clearing, a new session or device, and lost responses without JavaScript can limit retry protection; exactly-once delivery is not promised. Browser session restoration may preserve session storage; clear it through your browser if needed.
Acquisition and analytics
First-party acquisition labels (UTM source, medium, and campaign) expire after 30 minutes in browser session storage and may accompany an email request. These bounded labels are stored separately from analytics consent; full URLs, click IDs, and free-text campaign values are not retained for attribution.
Expired labels are removed when checked; cleanup timers also run while the page is active.
Analytics remains off until the visitor opts in. Forms and calculators work when analytics is declined. Personal details, form values, financial inputs, and request references are not sent to analytics; personal details are not added to URL handoffs.
Sharing and service details
StripeSwitch collects inquiries from businesses seeking a review of their payment-processing needs and follows up about potential options.
Named provider relationships, contractual referral roles, and compensation arrangements: Awaiting confirmation. No provider endorsement or specific commission, referral fee, or merchant fee is asserted.
We prioritize US businesses and higher-volume payment-processing opportunities. International businesses may submit inquiries for individual review. Specific industry eligibility, countries, currencies, integrations, payment methods, funding terms, and processing limits require confirmation with the relevant provider. Form choices describe the merchant's needs; they do not establish eligibility or availability. Volume informs review priority, not underwriting approval.
Submitting an inquiry does not authorize automatic distribution to partners. Before sharing a merchant's information with a payment provider, we require separate permission identifying the recipient and purpose.
Inquiry details are used to respond to the requested payment-processing review. Marketing requires a separate optional opt-in; partner sharing requires separate permission.

Retention and privacy requests
Email-retention period, deletion/export request owner and procedure, and approved public privacy contact: Awaiting confirmation. No retention period or automatic deletion is promised. Temporary attribution and retry-storage limits do not describe how long inquiry emails remain in Gmail. You may use the website contact form to send a privacy inquiry. Its email service acceptance is not confirmation that the message reached an inbox or has been actioned. No dedicated privacy mailbox is confirmed. The form does not establish a legally responsible privacy-request owner or a response deadline.
Security and children's information
Email transmission and browser storage involve risks; do not submit information you do not want handled by email. The risk-check tool is intended for business estimates and is not designed for children's information.

This notice may be revised when verified information about the service's data handling becomes available.
