Inquiry details are used to respond to the requested payment-processing review. Marketing requires a separate optional opt-in; partner sharing requires separate permission.

Submitting an inquiry does not authorize automatic distribution to partners. Before sharing a merchant's information with a payment provider, we require separate permission identifying the recipient and purpose.

Submission success means the email service accepted the notification or acceptance was confirmed through reconciliation. It does not guarantee inbox delivery, processing approval, or savings.
